Polina Lebedeva is a research assistant at the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where she supports the institute’s peace and security work on Ukraine. Her current focus is on exploring a politically sustainable end to Russia’s war against Ukraine. Polina’s research interests are centered around the intersection of social psychology and conflict resolution.

Polina was previously an intern at GPPi. Prior to that, she worked as a curriculum developer and workshop facilitator at The Women’s Building in San Francisco. She has experience as a public policy intern at the Buenos Aires City Government and is also an alumna of the FLEX program sponsored by the US Department of State.

Polina is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in social sciences with a concentration in neuroscience and political science at Minerva University.
