Shiloh Miller

Intern

Shiloh Miller is an intern at the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where she contributes to the institute’s work on peace and security through the REUNIR project. She is interested in analyzing the risks and driving factors of conflict in order to develop policies that increase the resilience of countries and promote peace.

Prior to joining GPPi, Shiloh interned at the United States Institute of Peace, where she conducted conflict analyses on a number of global conflicts to help design strategic exercises and peacebuilding simulations. There, she also researched the effectiveness of sanctions as tools for conflict prevention and peacebuilding. 

Shiloh is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy from Duke University in North Carolina and studying in Berlin as an exchange scholar at the Hertie School.
