Second EU-India Dialogue seeks new paths to foreign policy collaboration

Think tankers and policy makers from Europe and India came together for the second EU-India Policy Dialogue on November 3 to discuss unexplored avenues for EU-India in security. Held in New Delhi and organized by GPPi and Carnegie India, the dialogue concluded that as a result of its changed foreign policy approach, India is seeking a greater role in crisis management beyond South Asia and aiming to be a net security provider in the Indian Ocean. This opens new opportunities for India and Europe to work together.
