What is the future of EU refugee policy?

Unilateral liberal admission of refugees is unlikely to be politically stable, said Julian Lehmann during a workshop convened by GPPi and Stiftung Mercator on June 19 at the GPPi office, where guests – using the method of scenario planning – considered the future of EU refugee policy. The workshop brought together analysts and NGO workers from Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Turkey.
