GPPi moderates panel on regulatory models for protecting critical infrastructure from cyber attacks

Isabel Skierka moderated a discussion on protecting critical infrastructure from cyber attacks during the annual Computers, Privacy & Data Protection Conference, held from January 27 to 29 in Brussels. The panel discussed the struggle of governments to formulate effective regulatory responses to cyber threats affecting the critical infrastructure of sectors like energy and healthcare, which are vital to a country’s security and safety. The speakers included regulation and IT security experts from Israel, the US and the Netherlands.
