Call for papers: “Humanitarian principles – are new actors that different?”

GPPi is seeking contributions for its panel on new humanitarian actors and adherence to humanitarian principles at the 2016 World Conference on Humanitarian Studies, to be held from March 5 to 8 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Candidates may submit paper abstracts (max. 200 words) to this page until December 25, 2015. Information on other panels can be found here.
