Russia’s actions in Ukraine threaten European security order

Russia’s actions in Ukraine violate fundamental principles of the European security order to which Russia has agreed, Thorsten Benner argued in an interview with Russia Today’s Worlds Apart. The show was recorded on February 7^th at the Munich Security Conference. In the interview Benner also discussed Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán’s plans for an ​“illiberal state on national foundations,” defending the principles of liberal democracy as a common baseline within the European Union.
