GPPi supports first steps of new network for civil society organizations in Southern Africa

On August 14 – 15, GPPi and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung held a workshop with Southern African civil society organizations, think tanks and researchers to discuss the first steps towards establishing a new regional network of organizations concerned about the future of development policy in Africa. The two-day meeting took place in Johannesburg, South Africa, where nine civil society organizations defined thematic priorities and a series of initial outputs to develop joint positions on key African development challenges.
