GDPPC awards five participants $10,000 scholarships

On June 27, five undergraduate winners of the Global Debate and Public Policy Challenge 2014 took home scholarship awards of $10,000 each. The winners were Rauno Kiviloo (Estonia), Lim Wei Jiet (Malaysia), Matthieu Ostrander (USA), Aisha Paola Schietekat (Mexico) and Jaai Vipra (India). They emerged with the highest scores in debating and extemporaneous speaking during the grand finals on the last day of the Budapest Forum 2014, which took place 23 – 27 June 2014.
