GPPi contributes to ALNAP Biannual Meeting

GPPi Project Manager Andrea Binder contributed to the 24^th Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance in Humanitarian Action (ALNAP) Biannual Meeting entitled ​“Re-thinking the Impact of Humanitarian Assistance.” The event took place in Berlin on December 2 – 3 and was hosted by the Federal Foreign Office. Presenting the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework that GPPi has developed on behalf of the GenCap Project of the Inter-agency Standing Committee (IASC), Andrea contributed to the discussion about the feasibility and methodological challenges of measuring impact in humanitarian assistance.
