GPPi presents on "New Approaches to Development Aid"
GPPi Associate Director Jan Martin Witte presented on the topic of “New Approaches to Development Aid” at a conference entitled “Development within Governance in the 21st Century.” The conference was organized by the Global Public Policy Network and the Hertie School of Governance and took place from October 25 – 19. The “New Approaches to Development Aid” panel took place on October 25 at the Hertie School of Governance. Additional panel discussions included “Public Reconciliation in State Building/Transformation,” “Human Rights and International Law in Practice,” and “Public Private Partnerships as Governance Models for Everything?” The Global Public Policy Network is made up of students from the Hertie School of Governance, Columbia University, the London School of Economics, Sciences Po and Lee Kuan Yew University.
