GPPi work featured in "Vital Signs 2005"
The Washington DC-based Worldwatch Institute
has just released “Vital Signs 2005.” Since 1992, Vital Signs has tracked economic, social, and ecological trends from thousands of data sources to gauge the vitality of the planet and its people. Under the section “Governance Features” a chapter entitled “Global Public Policy Cooperation Grows” features global public policy networks, emphasizing the contribution such new forms of governance make to addressing global issues. The chapter presents some cases and general lessons learned, drawing on the work of GPPi researchers.
